Jennifer Wallace
With a strong focus on “going the extra mile” for a client and having been introduced to the financial services industry a decade ago, Jennifer Wallace brings her enthusiasm and creativity as an advisor to the offices of JSJ Insurance & Financial Group Inc. She conducts her daily activities with the belief that it is imperative in business to deliver fast, friendly and informed service to all clients, giving them the knowledge and assurance to make the decision most advantageous to their needs.
In working closely with her own clients of JSJ as well as aiding Jack Wallace in the daily service of his valued clients, she manages the claim adjudication and marketing aspects of the Self-Insured Employee Benefits program offered to group clients of JSJ. In this role, she works directly with the group client’s plan administrator in the implementation of a customized group benefits program, and the smooth future operation of the plan.
She is always expanding her industry knowledge through correspondence courses working towards achieving her Certified Financial Planner designation in 2009. With this dedication to her industry, she is a board member of the Greater Niagara chapter of Advocis, a financial services industry regulatory body.
Also, in her spare time Jennifer is passionately involved in the Niagara Arts community through her positions on the Niagara Centre for the Performing Arts Task Force and the St. Catharines & Area Arts Council, is involved with Corporate Development for the Arts Council, and is a member of the Promotions Committee with the St. Catharines Downtown Association.
